In short#
- You must be at least 13 years old to use carbometria.
- There are no ads in the app. We do not track you on other apps or websites. We do not sell your information.
- Only you can see your entries and results. Other users cannot see them.
- We do not access your device location; for location, we only store the country you choose and your device's time zone setting.
- You can delete your account in the app whenever you want.
What information we use, and why#

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing, and we do not build an advertising profile about you. Tasks appear in the app in a fixed order; the short notes on screen are chosen only from the number and dates of your entries.
What we do not collect#
We do not collect your device location (GPS), contacts, photos, camera, health information, advertising ID or device ID. Reminders are scheduled only on your phone; your reminder information is not sent to us.
Who can see your information#
- Only you can see your entries, results, points and badges. There is no sharing or ranking in the app.
- At Enerwise, only authorized people who need it for their work can access your information; for example, when replying to your support request.
- Technical service providers that help us run our servers may process your information only on our behalf and on our instructions.
- If the law requires it, we may share your information with the competent authorities.
Your choices#
- You do not have to enter optional information, such as your yearly information. If you leave a category blank, it is left out of the calculation or shown with an average assumption.
- Points, tasks and badges have no money value.
- Turning on reminders is your choice. If you turn them on, you can pick the time and turn them off whenever you like.
- You can edit or delete the entries you have made in the app.
How to delete your account#
In the app, go to Profile > Delete account. Once you confirm, access to your account closes straight away. Your information is deleted from our servers within 30 days at the latest, and from backups at the end of the backup cycle. Your parent or guardian#
We expect you to use carbometria with the knowledge of your parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian can write to us and ask for your account to be deleted. Here is how: https:/
If you are under 13, you cannot use carbometria. If we find out that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will let the registered email address know, close the account and delete it.
Your rights#
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it if it is wrong or to delete it, and object to how we use it. To do this, write to info@enerwisetech.com; we will reply within 30 days at the latest. If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to a data protection authority: in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu); in the United Kingdom, the Information Commission; in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.
